Delivery Area

• We currently only ship within the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands)

Shipping Costs

• Flat rate shipping fee of £25 for all UK orders
• Free shipping options are not currently available

Delivery Timeframes

• All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days
• We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays
• Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the following business day

Shipping Method

• Standard delivery service only
• No express or rush delivery options available
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched

Order Updates

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed
• A second email will be sent with tracking information when your order ships

Important Notes

• We do not ship to PO boxes
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or adverse weather conditions
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
